【摘要】目的 分析冠心病实施社区护理干预的效果。方法 选取2015年1月～12月接受我社区管理的冠心病患者75例作为研究对象，给予护理干预，分析护理效果。结果 所有患者接受护理后生活质量明显优于接受护理前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病实施社区护理干预能够帮助患者有效控制病情，降低风险因素。
