【摘要】目的 分析冠心病患者临床护理中的相关危险因素。方法 回顾性分析2014年12月～2016年6月在商丘市第一人民医院心内一科就诊的70例冠心病患者的一般资料，随机分为两组，各35例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组针对相关危险因素实施改进的护理措施。对比分析两组恢复情况及安全事故情况。结果 观察组恢复情况及安全事件的发生情况均比对照组有明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 调查分析冠心病临床护理中的相关危险因素，对护理中被疏忽、薄弱、易出错环节进行分析，并针对性完善护理措施，利于提高护理质量，缩短康复时间。
