【摘要】目的 探讨早期功能锻炼对乳腺癌根治术后患肢功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2014年3月～2016年4月在商丘市第一人民医院肿瘤一科入院进行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者100例作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，各50例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上实施早期功能锻炼。比较两组患者依从性及肩关节恢复情况。结果 对照组患者依从率低于研究组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组ROM达标率低于研究组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期功能锻炼能够有效促进乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能恢复。
