【摘要】目的 研究口腔护理对经口气管插管患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生的影响。方法 选取我院收治经口气管插管患者80例。随机分为对照组及实验组，各40例，对照组采用常规擦拭法护理口腔；实验组在对照组基础上结合冲洗。比较两组VAP发生率。结果 对照组患者VAP、口腔溃疡与口臭发生率均高于实验组，差异

    有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用常规擦拭与冲洗相结合方法护理口腔，可有效降低口腔疾病与VAP发生率。
