【摘要】目的 探讨CT血管造影(CTA)检查对急性脑血管病的诊断价值。方法 选择2015年2月～2016年2月在我院治疗的50例急性脑血管病患者作为研究对象，所有患者均接受CTA检查，将手术结果作为金标准，评估CTA诊断的准确率。结果 CTA诊断准确率为96.00%，所见情况与手术结果大致相同，二者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 急性脑血管病采用CTA检查诊断率高，临床可将其作为诊断急性脑血管病的首选方法，值得推广应用。
