【摘要】目的 探究康復护理干预对重症病毒性脑炎患儿预后的影响。方法 选取2015年3月～2016年8月商丘市第一人民医院儿童重症监护室PICU治疗的重症病毒性脑膜炎患儿94例为研究对象，随机分为两组，各47例。两组均实施常规治疗，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施康复护理干预。比较两组预后效果。结果 对照组患儿语言障碍、智力低下、行为异常、肢体障碍发生率均比观察组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复护理干预能有效降低重症病毒性脑炎患儿预后伤残率发生，提高其生活质量。
