【摘要】目的 探究亚低温及体位护理对小儿重型颅脑损伤患儿意识恢复及预后的影响。方法 选择我院2015年6月至2016年8月收治的重型颅脑损伤患儿50例，根据随机数字表法将其分为两组，各25例。对照组患儿予以常规护理，在此基础上予以观察组患儿亚低温及体位护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 两组相比，对照组护理满意度显著低于观察组，观察组患儿预后情况较好，且患儿意识恢复时间较短，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 亚低温及体位护理可有效减少患儿意识恢复时间，提高患儿预后，改善患儿生活质量。
