【摘要】目的 观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的效果。方法 86例急性上呼吸道感染的患儿，随机分为C组(43例)和P组(43例)。C组患儿采用常规综合治疗；P组患儿采用常规综合治疗联合应用蒲地蓝消炎口服液。观察和比较两组患儿的临床疗效及主要症状消失时间。结果 P组患儿总有效率明显优于C组，主要症状消失时间明显早于C组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染，疗效满意，恢复快。
