【摘要】通过对《肺痿肺痈咳嗽上气病脉证治》中有关咳嗽上气病证原文的深入分析思考，得出的结论是咳嗽上气病证多由素有水饮内停，外感风寒，内外合邪所致，以咳嗽、气喘、胸闷，甚则肩息、不得平卧为主要表现的一种病证，而肺胀是其发展过程中的重症阶段。
