【摘要】目的 研究动态心电图在心律失常治疗中的指导价值。方法 本次研究选取的研究对象为2016年4月1日～2017年1月31收治的心律失常患者，68例患者按照先后顺序进行常规心电图检查和动态心电图检查。将两种检查方法的诊断结果进行对比。结果 动态心电图检查结果显示，心肌缺血阳性率、室性心律失常、房性心律失常、矩阵室上速、房室传导阻滞阳性率均高于常规心电图检查，数据对比存在高度差异(P<0.05)。

    结论 动态心电图能够有效诊出心肌缺血及心律失常，能够为疾病治疗和预后提供相应的图像及数据支持。
