【摘要】目的 分析生化检验室内质量控制方法及效果。方法 选取检验科专项质控活动前后各生化检验患者1000例，比较管理前后室内质量控制效果。结果 质控管理后溶血发生率0.6%低于管理前2.1%，组间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 检验科生化检验实施专项质控管理，可减少溶血现象。
