【摘要】通过对产后抑郁症220个病例的调查、分析，笔者从抑郁症形成的内因—性格脆弱，外因—社会、家庭及女性的生理特征等因素进行分析；探讨产后抑郁症所造成的母婴连接障碍、妨碍婴儿正常发育生长等危害；并提出了相应的解决对策：学会自我调适，争取家人的理解和关心，增强产妇的体质，注意环境卫生，服用药物等措施。
