【摘要】随着人们生活水平的提高及生活方式的改变，高尿酸血症在全球的患病率与日俱增。高尿酸血症被认为是高血压病的独立危险因素之一，干预尿酸水平有可能成为防治高血压病发生發展的重要措施，因此对高尿酸血症与高血压病的相关性研究也日益备受重视。因此，本文就高尿酸血症的发病机制、高尿酸血症与高血压病的相关性及高尿酸血症致高血压病的可能机制进行简要综述，旨在为高尿酸血症相关性血压升高的防治提供理论依据。
