双合汤加减联合脑功能循环仪治疗脑梗死临床疗效观察(1)
【摘要】目的 观察双合汤联合脑功能循环仪治疗脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法 选择2016年10月～2017年10月本院收治的60例脑梗死患者，随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上采取双合汤联合脑功能循环仪治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上采用脑功能循环仪进行治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果及血脂水平。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为96.67%，对照组治疗总有效率为83.33%，治疗组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者的NIHSS评分和TG、TC、LDL指标水平都得到明显改善，但治疗组患者治疗后NIHSS评分明显低于对照组，治疗后TG、TC、LDL指标明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在常规治疗基础上，加用双合汤联合脑循环功能仪治疗可显著改善脑梗死患者神经功能缺损症状与血脂水平，提高治疗效果。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuanghe decoction combined with brain function circulatory instrument in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients.Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital in October 2016 -2017 October were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group (30 cases each).The patients in the treatment group were treated with Shuanghe decoction combined with cerebral function circulator. The control group was treated by routine treatment plus cerebral function circulator. The clinical effect and blood lipid level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.67%， control group total effective rate was 83.33%，the treatment group was better than the control group；the two groups of patients with NIHSS score and TG， TC and LDL levels are significantly improved，but the patients in the treatment group after treatment NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group，treatment after TG，TC，LDL index was significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment， the combination of Shuanghe Decoction and cerebral circulation function instrument can significantly improve neurological deficit symptoms and blood lipid levels in patients with cerebral infarction， and improve the therapeutic effect.

脑梗死也可称之为缺血性脑卒中，是临床上较为常见的脑血管疾病，患者容易出现肢体及认知功能障碍，影响其正常生活，具有较高的致残率[1]。脑梗死常常因心源性栓塞、血管炎、小动脉闭塞以及动脉粥样硬化等导致，患者发病突然、病情进展速度快，加上患者中线结构移位以及脑组织水肿等，因而极其容易出現昏迷。目前临床上对于脑梗死患者治疗以保护脑细胞、脱水降颅压以及并发症防治等为主，但效果不尽人意；中医治疗脑梗死的核心在于辩证治疗，中西医结合治疗方式在临床上取得较好的应用效果[2]。鉴于此，我院选择2016年10月～2017年10月收治的脑梗死患者，采取双合汤和脑功能循环仪治疗，观察患者临床治疗效果及血脂水平。现将具体研究内容报告如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择2016年10月～2017年10月本院收治的60例脑梗死患者，纳入标准：所有患者均符合脑梗死诊断标准，中医辨证符合痰瘀阻络型，患者及其家属均签署知情同意书，同意本次研究。排除标准：①伴有严重心肝肾等其他严重疾病；②有严重视力及听力障碍者，完全性失语者与意识障碍者；③出现大面积脑梗死出血转化者。根据患者入院顺序将其随机分为治疗组及对照组，每组各30例。治疗组男性患者17例，女性患者13例；年龄49-82岁，均值(63.58±7.06)岁。对照组男性患者18例，女性患者12例；年龄50-79岁，均值(61.04±6.13)岁。两组患者临床资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；具有可比性。, 百拇医药(缪新明 袁兴石 吕园梅)
