血站采供血护理人员与青少年献血者沟通技巧探究(1)
【摘要】目的 研究血站采供血护理人员与青少年献血者的沟通技巧。方法 选取2017年5月至2017年12月血站献血青少年共计500名,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,通过言语沟通技巧、人文关怀、预防突发事件和全局掌控意识等,调查患者献血满意率,通过一年随访调查得出重复献血率。结果 血站选取的500名青少年献血者均献血成功,且在整个献血过程中均未出现任何不良反应,满意498例,总满意率为99.6%,且青少年献血者感觉较好,经一年随访后重复献血2~3次青少年412例,重复献血率为82.4%。结论 血站采供血护理人员通过沟通技巧与青少年献血者良好、有效沟通,能够消除青少年献血者的献血恐惧感和紧张感,提高青少年献血者愉悦感,有利于其顺利献血的同时,重复献血率在青少年中明显
提高。

【Abstract】Objective To study the communication skills between blood supply and blood donors and young donors.Methods Choose between May 2017 and December 2017 blood stations a total of 500 teenagers blood donation to the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, through verbal communication skills, humanistic care, prevention, emergency control and global consciousness, etc., survey patient satisfaction, blood donation through repeated blood donation rate one year follow-up survey.Results Blood stations selected 500 teenagers donate blood donors are successful, and in the whole process of blood donation without any adverse reaction, satisfied with 498 cases,the overall satisfaction rate was 99.6%, and feel better about teenagers blood donors, after one year follow-up after repeated 2-3 times youth, 412 cases of blood donation,repeated blood at a rate of 82.4%.Conclusion Blood stations CaiGongXie nursing staff through good communication skills and adolescent blood donors,effective communication, to eliminate blood donors blood donation fear and tension, improve blood pleasure, is conducive to the smooth blood donation at the same time, repeated blood donation rate in adolescents has

當下,献血在社会中越来越常见,且呈现年轻化趋势,但是,由于青少年献血者对献血知识了解程度不够,献血前常会产生诸如焦躁、紧张等不良情绪[1-2],影响采血工作顺利进行,而血站采供血护理人员通过沟通技巧与青少年献血者良好沟通,有效的沟通能够将血站工作中所需要的各类信息进行获取,还能够增进与青少年献血者之间的关系,青少年献血者满意度的提高在一定程度上增加了重复献血率,对于稳定、扩大献血队伍来说起到积极的作用和影响[3-4]。本研究针对血站采供血护理人员与青少年献血者沟通技巧进行探究,具体报道内容如下
所示。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2017年5月至2017年12血站献血青少年500名,对其资料进行回顾性分析,其中男258名,女242名,最小年龄18岁,最大年龄23岁,平均年龄(20.06±1.47)岁,文化水平方面,在校学生366名、社会青年134名,所有青少年献血者文化水平均在高中及以上,所有青少年献血者均为主动无偿献血。
