【摘要】目的 分析肠外营养制剂的发展和临床应用情况。方法 对当前我国使用肠外营养制剂的情况进行分析，找出当前肠外营养制剂的临床发展和应用情况。结果 当前我国在使用肠外营养制剂治疗时，主要制剂类型为碳水化合物、脂肪乳以及氨基酸制剂。在适应症上，主要可对急性重症胰腺炎、短肠综合征、手术治疗后患者进行临床治疗。结论 当前我国肠外营养制剂已经有着较长时间的发展，在临床上也可对诸多疾病患者起到较好治疗效果。
