【摘要】目的 对BiPAP无创通气治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效进行观察。方法 选取本院在2016年5月到2017年5月收治的70例COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，给予对照组患者常规综合疗法治疗；实验组患者在对照组治疗疗法的基础上采用BiPAP无创通气疗法治疗并观察疗效。结果 实验组患者疗效明显优于对照组。结论 BiPAP无创通气治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭，能够提高患者治疗成功率，值得在临床实践中推广开来。

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of BiPAP noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD with type II respiratory failure.Methods Seventy patients with COPD complicated with type II respiratory failure who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional comprehensive therapy； The patients in the group were treated with BiPAP non-invasive ventilation and treated for curative effect based on the therapeutic treatment of the control group.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion BiPAP non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD with type II respiratory failure can improve the success rate of patients and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice. ......
