【摘要】胃食管反流病是由于过多的胃、十二指肠内容物反流入食管引起。临床可表现为反酸、食管炎等食管组织损伤和咽痛、哮喘等食管以外的组织损伤。中医药治疗胃食管反流病具有独特的优势。赵宇明教授临床擅长治疗各种疑难杂症，对脾胃疾病的治疗尤所擅长，笔者跟随赵教授出诊期间，收集整理了大量临床验案，总结了赵教授治疗胃食管反流病的诊疗经验，现介绍如下。
