【摘要】目的 探究针灸联合康复医学治疗脑卒中患者吞咽困难的疗效。方法 选取我院2017年6月～2018年6月收治的出现吞咽困难的脑卒中患者64例，随机分为两组(对照组和观察组)，对照组患者接受常规治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用针灸联合康复医学进行治疗。结果 观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为87.5%(28/32)、34.3%(11/32)，经比较，观察组的治疗总有效率远高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运用针灸联合康复医学治疗的方法能够有效改善脑卒中患者的吞咽功能，值得在临床中推广使用。
