微创与传统拔牙技术在患者阻生齿拔除中的临床应用效果(1)
【摘要】目的 分析微创与传统拔牙技术在阻生齿中的拔除效果。方法 选取2016年8月～2017年5月我院收治的阻生齿患者80例作为研究对象，将其平均分为常规组与对照组，各40例。对于常规组的患者采用传统拔牙术进行治疗，对对照组的患者采用微创拔牙术进行治疗，并在之后对比两者的整体效果。结果 对照组的拔牙完整性评分要优于对照组，组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用微创拔牙术来拔除阻生齿不仅可以有效地减轻损伤，患者的满意度也能够有所提升，因此可以在临床上被广泛应用。

Clinical application of minimally invasive and traditional tooth extraction technology in extraction of impacted teeth

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the extraction effect of minimally invasive and traditional tooth extraction technology on impacted teeth.Methods 80 patients with impacted teeth admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to May 2017 were selected. Divide them equally into two groups.There were 40 patients in the conventional group and 40 patients in the control group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with traditional tooth extraction surgery，while patients in the control group were treated with minimally invasive tooth extraction surgery，and the overall effect of the two was compared afterwards.Results Tooth extraction integrity score of the control group was better than that of the control group， and the data between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive tooth extraction surgery to remove impacted teeth can not only effectively reduce injury，but also improve the satisfaction of patients，so it can be widely used in clinical
practice.

當牙齿在颌骨内部位置不当，甚至不能够萌生到正常咬合的位置，则这样的牙齿就被称为阻生齿。阻生齿虽然是外科中的常见病，但是患者经常会因此出现发炎、疼痛和其他并发症。又因为阻生齿本身和软组织以及硬组织都有着很大的关系，又非常容易受到临近牙齿的侵袭。所以拔除的难度极高。传统的拔牙手术非常容易在手术中损伤牙神经，并合并引发牙齿骨板的损伤和充血。但采用微创拔牙手术往往能够更好地保存骨阻止的完整性，并最大限度地减少组织的损伤。本文结合实际案例研究微创与传统拔牙技术在患者阻生齿中的临床应用
效果。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2016年8月～2017年5月我院收治的阻生齿患者80例作为研究对象，将其平均分为常规组与对照组，各40例。其中，常规组男23例，女17例，年龄22～59岁，平均年龄(34.56±4.76)，中低阻生患者有32例，高位阻生患者有8例；对照组男19例，女21例，年龄23～61岁，平均年龄(36.15±4.93)岁，中低位阻生患者有22例，高位阻生患者有18例。两组患者一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
1.2 治疗方法
1.2.1 术前准备
两组患者都严格通过了身体健康的检查，确认对阻生齿拔除手术并无禁忌症。所有病人都在术前接受了X线照射，并明确地得知了需要拔除的牙齿数量和牙齿形态，并及时确认了口腔内部牙齿的生长情况[1]。
1.2.2 常规组
对常规组的患者采用传统的拔牙手术。先对患处进行局部的麻醉和消毒。之后再将牙齿周边的组织全部切开，并将牙齿和骨骼组织全面暴露在外。之后再辅助实施劈冠处理，为的就是更好地消除骨阻力。注意需要及时将牙挺放置于患者的牙槽和牙体之间。在用锤子向下敲击之后再及时进行拔翘处理，最后也要将牙根及时拔出[2]。, http://www.100md.com(刘松)
