【摘要】目的 观察并分析综合护理对短暂性脑缺血发作患者的效果。方法 选取我院2016年8月～2018年8月就诊的60例短暂性脑缺血发作患者，分为两组，比较两组治疗配合情况及满意度。结果 与一般组相比，综合组的依从性、满意度均较高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理能够明显提高短暂性脑缺血发作患者的治疗配合度，并进一步提高整体治疗效果，在良好医患关系的建立上也起到了一定的帮助作用，值得推荐。
