【摘要】目的 关于冠心病合并糖尿病应用缬沙坦预后的临床疗效探究。方法 选取80例来我院诊疗疾病的患者，确诊后按照疾病类型(冠心病、冠心病+糖尿病)分组均应用缬沙坦治疗，记录以及对比两组患者疾病经药物治疗的数据。结果 经过缬沙坦治疗的两组患者，治疗结果均较好，观察组数据较之于对照组差异小，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 临床治疗冠心病伴糖尿病、冠心病期间，选用缬沙坦治疗的用药效果以及安全性高。
