综上所述，依据患者临床表现，综合心电图、心脏彩超、心臟核磁等特征性改变，提高该病认识水平，谨慎施行心内膜活检及心脏以外组织活检，争取对心肌淀粉样变性早诊断、早治疗，以改善患者预后和提高生存率。
