【摘要】陈火花主任医师，毕业于山西省中医学院，研究生学历，从事神经内科临床20余年，同时为国家500强名老中医金振堂高徒杨振东的师承弟子，在门诊治疗失眠疾病上颇有建树。文章阐述了失眠常规的辩证分类，以及陈火花主任在临床中自己独有的诊疗思路，向上推演失眠病的基础病机和发病机制，深刻的揭示了失眠的机理。
