【摘要】目的 采用紫外光谱测定方法，鉴别不同产地两头尖药材，建立正品两头尖药材的紫外光谱共有图谱。方法 取不同产地的两头尖药材，经70%乙醇提取后，进行紫外光谱扫描，得到不同的紫外光谱图。结果 不同产地的两头尖药材的紫外光谱非常相近。吸光度值略有差异。正品和伪品的紫外光谱有显著差异。结论 本研究采用紫外光谱法，首次建立了两头尖药材的紫外指纹图谱，不同产地两头尖药材的紫外图谱较为相似，少数略有不同。说明各产地两头尖药材的相似程度较大。采用紫外光谱法能够两头尖药材的真伪。
