【摘要】目的 探讨对老年冠心病患者实行针对性护理干预对其负面精神状态及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2017年10月～2018年10月老年冠心病患者200例，按照随机数字表法分组，对照组(n=100)实施常规护理，观察组(n=100)实施针对性护理干预，分析负面精神状态以及生活质量评分。结果 观察组负面精神状态明显低于对照组，生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年冠心病患者实行针对性护理干预效果较好，可有效改善患者的负面情绪，提高生活质量。
