【摘要】分享新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区第二人民医院在上海市“组团式”援疆背景下，医院“以临床带教培养人才、以科研项目培养人才”为方针，以“人才培养、科研、教学管理”为抓手，不断加大人才培养力度，提升综合实力，在短短几年时间里，医院人才培养工作取得跨越式发展的成功经验。
