【摘要】目的 探究心内科开展协同护理方案的应用效果。方法 将患者根据护理方法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(协同护理)。结果 护理后两组患者的ESCA、ADL评分均有明显提高，其中观察组患者的评分提高情况明显高于对照组，组间比对具备统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 在心内科护理工作中开展协同护理方案，能够有效提高患者的自我护理能力及日常生活活动能力，值得推广。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing program in cardiology department.Methods Patients were divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (collaborative nursing) according to nursing methods.Results ESCA and ADL scores of the two groups were significantly improved after nursing.The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The results of comparison between the two groups showed that there were significant differences (P < 0.05).
