【摘要】目的 观察对比不同剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化性溃疡伴出血患者临床疗效。方法 对我院 2017年5月～2019年5月的114例上消化性溃疡伴出血患者进行研究，随机均分为2组，对照组采用常规剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗，试验组采用大剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗，对两疗效进行统计分析。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为93.0%，高于对照组的71.9%，差异显著，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 大剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化性溃疡伴出血的效果显著，可以推荐使用。
