【摘要】目的 探讨地塞米松不同给药途径对妊娠合并糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法 在2019年1月～2019年12月于我院住院的妊娠合并糖尿病的患者 80例，分为肌肉注射组47例、羊膜腔注射组33例，比较2组患者血糖的变化。结果 肌肉注射组治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖较治疗前均有升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且明显高于羊膜腔注射组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠合并糖尿病患者血糖不佳可通过羊膜腔注射地塞米松预防新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的发生。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of different administration routes of dexamethasone on blood glucose in patients with pregnancy with diabetes.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019， 80 patients with pregnancy and diabetes who were admitted to our hospital were screened for eligible patients in women were enrolled.divided into 47 cases of intramuscular injection group and 33 cases of amniotic cavity injection group.Compare the changes of blood glucose in 2 groups of patients.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the intramuscular injection group were higher than before treatment (P <0.05) and were significantly higher than those in the amniotic cavity injection group (P <0.05).Conclusion In pregnant women with diabetes and poor blood glucose ......
