【摘要】目的 分析康复护理干预对脑梗死后患者日常生活活动能力和认知功能的影响。方法 本次入选的120脑梗死患者均为我院治疗患者，电脑分析法分成甲组(60例)与乙组(60例)。甲组脑梗死患者接受常规治疗后，自行出院回家进行居家休养，乙组患者在疾病情况稳定后，由本院护士开展了康复护理干预，评价两组患者日常生活活动能力。结果 护理6个月后，甲组的日常生活活动能力能评分、认知功能评分为均低于乙组，对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复干预在脑梗死患者的日常生活能力恢复及认知功能恢复中具有显著意义，值得推广。
