【摘要】目的 研究慢性心力衰竭患者特点，为患者实施他汀类药物辅助治疗，研究临床疗效。方法 选择46例慢性心力衰竭患者且时间限定在2019年整年(1～12月)，观察组予以他汀类药物辅助治疗及常规抗心衰疗法，对照组予以常规抗心衰疗法。结果 观察组明显好转了临床疗效、不同用药时间段心功能均明显改善，P<0.05。结论 慢性心力衰竭患者实施他汀类药物辅助治疗，疗效较为理想。
