【摘要】目的 探讨心肌损伤标志物联合检测在急性心肌梗死早期诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取我院收治的32例急性心肌梗死患者，并选取同时期来我院体检的32名健康人作为对照，将32例患者分到实验组，32名健康人分到对照组。观察两组患者心肌损伤标志物联合检测对AMI的敏感度以及cTnl、Mb、IMA水平。结果 对照组cTnl、Mb、IMA水平不随时间变化，实验组cTnl、Mb、IMA水平随时间变化。差异有统计学意义。结论 心肌损伤标志物联合检测能够提高对急性心肌梗死的确诊准确率，减小急性心肌梗死的漏诊、误诊率，具有较高的临床推广价值。
