【摘要】目的 分析先天性冠状动脉异常的类型及CT表现，提高对其影像学表现的认识。方法 回顾性分析我院2017年3月～2019年3月期间行Revolution CT冠状动脉成像检查的4728例患者的影像和临床资料，通过薄层横轴位图像、多平面重组、曲面重建、最大密度投影和容积再现等判断各种先天性冠状动脉异常。结果 发现先天性冠状动脉异常156例，占3.30%，其中起源异常38例，走行异常117例，终止异常1例。结论 Revolution CT冠状动脉成像可以无创性显示冠状动脉先天异常的解剖细节，对其形态学评价具有突出优势，应作为首选影像学检查方法。
