【摘要】目的 探究彩色多普勒超声诊断在下肢深静脉血栓中的应用价值。方法 选取88例2016年4月～2018年7月在我院收治的DVT患者为试验组，同时间选取非DVT患者为对照组。两组患者均应用彩色多普勒超声诊断。统计试验组患者诊断率、对比两组患者内径数值。结果 88例DVT患者，敏感度为97.6%、特异度为67%。准确率为96.5%;试验组CFV、SFV数值均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中，多普勒超声诊断可为其提供准确依据，在临床有重要价值。
