【摘要】目的 综合护理在胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后的临床应用体会。方法 给予对照组常规护理干预，给予实验组综合护理干预，对比两组患者不同年龄阶段骨牵引时间，并发症发生率。结果 实验组各年龄阶段患者骨牵引时间均小于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者并发症并发率大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理能够有效降低胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后骨牵引时间，降低并发症并发率。

    【Abstract】Objective To study the clinical application of comprehensive nursing care after traction and fixation of tibiofibular fracture.Methods Conventional nursing intervention was given to the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention was given to the experimental group.Bone traction time and complication rate of the two groups were compared at different age stages.Results Bone traction time of all age groups in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).the complication rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the bone traction time after bone traction fixation of tibiofibular fracture and reduce the complication rate ......
