【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of the "internet + healthy behavior management" continuous nursing intervention model on the compliance of medical orders, recurrence rate and quality of life of patients with acute pancreatitis discharged from hospital. Methods A total of 52 patients with acute pancreatitis from January 2017 to December 2019 in our general surgery department were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 26 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given health behavior management interventions with a period of 6 months after discharge from hospital. The contents included maintaining the regularity of life, maintaining a healthy diet and quitting smoking and alcohol. The control group adopted the routine discharge health education and regular telephone return visit intervention model, and the observation group implemented the "Internet + health behavior management" continuous nursing intervention model. The medical order compliance, quality of life (SF-36) and recurrence rate during the intervention period were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After 6 months of intervention, the observation group's compliance with medical orders (medication on time, follow-up visits, and healthy behavior development) were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); the relapse rate and re-admission rate of the observation group within six months after discharge were significantly lower than the control group Group (P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the total quality of life scores between the two groups (P>0.05);within 6 months of intervention, the total quality of life scores of the observation group at each time period were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The "internet + healthy behavior management" continuous nursing intervention model can significantly improve the compliance of patients with acute pancreatitis discharged from hospital, develop good health behaviors, effectively improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the relapse rate and readmission rate during the recovery period., http://www.100md.com(周春红)
