【摘要】 目的：探讨眼外伤性前房出血患者临床治疗方法及效果。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的68例眼外伤性前房出血患者临床资料，按照病情分别采取手术治疗和非手术治疗。结果 Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级前房出血吸收时间分别为平均2.6天、7.8天、9.1天。视力恢复：0.8以上者46例占67.6%，0.4～0.8者13例占17.1%，0.05～0.3者8例占11.8%，0.05以下者1例占3.5%。结论 眼外伤挫伤所致的前房出血量大的患者，即积血量在Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级者，由于吸收时间长、易发生继发性出血、视神经损伤发生率高，故迅速排除积血，防止再出血及视神经挫伤是临床治疗的关键。
