气管镜下冷冻取异物22例的护理体会 ,气管镜检查,异物,冷冻治疗
【摘要】 目的 探讨经气管镜冷冻取异物的护理方法。方法 对在气管镜下行冷冻取异物的22例支气管异物患者实施全程护理。结果 22例患者中有20例成功取出，2例去手术室在全麻插管下取出，成功率100% ，所有患者经镜下处理后未发生明显并发症。结论 在气管镜下冷冻取异物的过程中实施良好的全程护理配合有助于提高手术成功率。【关键词】 气管镜检查；异物/ 冷冻治疗；护理；体会
