【摘要】目的：初步探索IL-10及TGF-β1在急性百草枯致肺损伤的作用。方法：将SD大鼠40只随机分为模型组及对照组，各20只，给予管喂百草枯制备中毒模型，并检测模型组血清中IL-10及TGF-β1的动态变化，分析其在百草枯中毒发病的关系。 结果：模型组大鼠血清中的IL-10及TGF-β1水平较同时段对照组水平高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：IL-10及TGF-β1与急性百草枯中毒的发病有密切关系，但其具体机制有待进一步研究。
