中医辨证分型加增色搽剂治疗白癜风疗效观察

【摘要】观察中医辨证分型内服加外搽治疗白癜风疗效。方法 治疗组采用中医辨证分型治疗加增色搽剂外搽患处，1日4次，连续用药3个月判定疗效。对照组用卤米松乳膏外搽患处，1日2次，连续用药2周停药1周，治疗3个月判定疗效。结果 治疗组有效率69.35%；对照组有效率28.30%。两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医辨证分型治疗加增色搽剂疗效高于卤米松乳膏组，不良反应少，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of TCM observed typing orally plus Waicha on the treatment of vitiligo. Methods： TCM treatment group were treated with liniment， four times a day. The control group were treated with a halogen betamethasone cream Waicha lesion， twice a day， withdrawal 1 week every 3 weeks. Both groups were continuously treated for 3 months to observe and compare the efficacy. Results： The efficacy of treatment group was 69.35%， and that of control group was 28.30%.
