【摘要】目的 探讨膀胱癌切除术后经尿道膀胱灌注化疗的护理措施。方法 对15例经尿道双极等离子膀胱癌切除术后膀胱灌注患者，一系列针对性护理方法进行回顾性总结分析。 结果 15例患者全部跟踪随访，随访时间24个月，1年内无复发，2年内复发1例。结论 通过健康宣教、完善插管技术等适当的针对性护理，保持了膀胱癌切除术后经尿道膀胱灌注化疗的连续性，提高了膀胱灌注化疗的治疗效果。
