复方鳖甲软肝片对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者TGF —β1和瘦素的调节作用(1)

【摘要】目的：研究复方鳖甲软肝片对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者分泌转化生长因子β1(TGF -β1) 和瘦素(LP)的调节作用。方法 选择128例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者，随机分为2组，治疗组与对照组分别采用口服复方鳖甲软肝片和丹红软肝胶囊治疗。治疗前、后采集静脉血检测血清TGF -β1和LP的含量。结果 两组治疗后血清TGF -β1和LP含量与治疗前相比均明显降低( P<0.01)。结论 复方鳖甲软肝片通过抑制TGF-β1和LP的分泌来抑制肝星状细胞的活化，从而阻止肝纤维化的发展。
