【摘要】布鲁氏菌控制试验是一个免疫控制凝集试验，有人建议其相对于Coombs试验可能作为一种代替方法而用于人类布鲁氏菌病的诊断。BCAP试验常规用于人类布鲁氏菌病的诊断是敏感的、特异的、简便的。用BCAPV法也得到了类似的结果。然而，在这种疾病的某些复发病例和慢性病的类型中，用Coombs法更容易检测到单独的低亲和性抗体，并且观察其轻微的变化。
