【摘要】目的 了解钦州市县镇级产科卫技人员现状，探讨应对策略。方法 对钦州市县镇级所属辖区的医疗保健机构发放调查表，进行调查填报。结果 钦州市基层产科卫技人员职称低，学历低，低年资，人员配备不足、流失快，工作负荷过重。结论 政府应加强基层产科人才队伍建设，稳定人才，提高产科服务能力，为广大妇女提供更为优质的医疗服务。
