【摘要】目的 提高实习生临床实践能力，培养出适应时代需要的实用型护理人才。方法：通过我科二零零八年九月到二零零九年九月的实习生考核成绩，根据存在的问题进行认真分析，提出相应的对策，持续改进护理带教方法。结论：针对护生实习中存在的问题，制定合理、有效的对策，保证了实习效率，提高了护生的教学质量。
