【摘要】苯乙酰结构是非常重要的结构片段，出现在许多上市药物的结构单元中。将苯乙酸衍生以获取具有独特生物活性的新型苯乙酸衍生物，仍然是新药研发中具有吸引力的研究课题。本文概述了部分苯乙酸衍生物在抗炎、抗风湿、抗菌、治疗缺陷多动障碍、治疗慢性胰腺炎等领域的研究状况。
