提高医护人员手卫生两种处理方法的效果观察

【摘要】目的：提高医护人员两种不同手卫生的处理效果。方法：采用棉试纸涂抹采样和细菌检测方法对门急诊40位医护人员洗手后自然晾干和用无菌抛弃式纸巾擦干效果进行对比。结果：洗手后晾干比洗手前只有一组平均细菌总数减少了79%，二、三组却增加了7%和5%；洗手后用无菌抛弃式纸巾擦干，一、二、三组平均细菌总数分别减少了96%、63%及81%。结论：用洗手液洗手后用无菌抛弃式纸巾擦干的杀菌效果，比直接晾干的杀菌效果好，指的临床广泛推广。
