醒脾养儿颗粒联合五维葡钙治疗小儿功能性腹痛前后超声动力学改变研究(1)

【摘要】目的：观察醒脾养儿颗粒联合五维葡钙治疗小儿功能性腹痛的疗效及超声动力学变化。方法 将80例小儿功能性腹痛患儿，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，观察组给予醒脾养儿颗粒联合五维葡钙治疗；对照组根据病情适当给予解痉剂、调节植物神经药对症处理。结果：观察组有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(t=1211，P<005)；观察组胃内残存量50%所需时间低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(t=1591，P<005)。结论：醒脾养儿颗粒联合五维葡钙治疗儿童功能性腹痛疗效确切，价格便宜，超声可辅助观察其治疗疗效。
