【摘要】我科发现硫辛酸注射液与注射用盐酸氨溴索存在配伍禁忌,为确保用药安全,现报道如下. 临床资料患者,男,83岁,实验方法及结果：在2007年版《400种注射剂配伍变化快速检索表》中未查到硫辛酸注射液,查阅硫辛酸注射液说明书未注明与注射用盐酸氨溴索存在配伍禁忌.建议：临床应用和实验证明硫辛酸注射液与盐酸氨溴索注射液存在配伍禁忌
